Moving animals without losing their paperwork
For transport coordinators and drivers. Runs, paperwork per animal, transfers between organizations, and getting your data out.
Transport runs
Each run has a date, an animal count, a driver and a status. Open a run to see its route, vehicle, notes and drivers.
Every animal on the run carries its paperwork checklist: health certificate, rabies, vaccines, microchip and transfer agreement.
Transfers between organizations
At a partner shelter, the animal moves into their care when they accept the transfer, on the same record. Multi-leg relays are not built yet.
Your data, exportable
Export your shelter’s data as CSV files in a zip, or as JSON. For your own reporting or website, create a read-only API client that you can rotate or revoke.
Questions
Can drivers see their run on a phone?
Yes. A driver’s “My work” shows the transport run assigned to them, with its date.
Are multi-leg relays supported?
Not yet. Single runs and transfers to a partner organization are built; relays are not.
Can we get our data out?
Yes: CSV in a zip, JSON, or a read-only API client your shelter controls.
